With many kilometres of secluded beaches and headlands, visitors love to find their own favourite spot. For the four wheel drive and dirtbike enthusiasts there are some great off road tracks to be found.

We are pleased to be able to offer a vast range of pet friendly accommodation in Wooli, Minnie Water and Diggers Camp. Being pet lovers ourselves we know how difficult it can be to leave your dog or cat at home!

Each year Clarence Holiday Coast Real Estate and AWhimAway Accommodation are proud to be a part of the Camp Quality Weekend which is a community based event. This occassion sees the donation of holiday homes for a weekend of fun and games for children with cancer and their carers.


Delightfully untouched is the village of Sandon, which is accessible only from the beach. Sublime and unbelievable are words that come to mind, along with I d love to live here . Wallabies graze on the short grass and there is a peace and tranquillity that you don t experience in many places.

Security Bond Policy

All of our holiday-let properties require a $500 security bond.

Our secure cashier will retain your details in case of a bond claim. No money is taken out unless in the event of a claim

You will need to transfer an additional $500 as well as your amount for your accommodation to our nominated Trust Account. We also require you to fill out the $500 Security Bond Form so the bond can be refunded to your nominated bank account within 14 days

A security claims include to but are not limited to-

  1. damage to the inside or outside the property,
  2. exceed the listed about of guests
  3. missing items,
  4. late departure,
  5. additional cleaning on departure (BBQ, dishes, rubbish removal),
  6. doors / windows are left open upon vacate,
  7. noise complaints,
  8. call out fees for entry to property
  9. replacement of lost keys
  10. pets being at the property if the property doesn t allow for pets or any additional cleaning in regards to your pet being at a property (picking up dog dropping, excessive hair and dog odour)

All security bond claims will incur an administration fee calculated at $45 per hour.


If you are a group of Schoolies you must inform the office as you will need to pay an increased bond. If you do not inform the office, this will result in immediate eviction.


All correspondence through is with property managers who are licensed and or registered with the NSW Department of Fair Trading. All transactions are via an audited Trust Account with the Commonwealth Bank.
