The Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) announced this week it will revise the rule language that sets the minimum flows and levels (MFLs) for the Rainbow River and the Crystal River/King s Bay water system.

Carol McHugh, 72, was last seen at about 3:30 p.m. Thursday taking a walk on East Regency Row in the Seven Lakes subdivision of Inverness, a few streets away from where she lives on East Lenox Court, according to the sheriff s office.
